At Intelligentsia, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Email our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your request to initiate a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition; please note that opened coffee bags cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
