The Story
Our second release from Rayos del Sol — and our last single-origin release from Peru until next season — showcases a carefully cultivated Geisha selection from Percy Pintado. Percy's farm, Rayos del Sol, is bordered by his family members who also produce coffee in Alto Ihuamaca, a small town nestled between two forest conservation areas in Peru’s northern highlands. This lot was grown on a portion of the farm dedicated to Geisha and, through the years, it has become a coffee we know and love for its sweet, complex flavors.
In collaboration with our partners at Origin Coffee Lab, we have worked with Rayos del Sol since 2015.
