We roast our beans in small batches daily. Each bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date, ensuring you receive your coffee at its peak flavor profile, typically within days of roasting.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the country. To maintain freshness, orders are processed within 24-48 hours of roasting and shipped in airtight, valved packaging.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes, our 'Brew Routine' subscription allows you to choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Do you offer returns on food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.
